The Sterling Insurance Group is gearing up for a bittersweet farewell as we bid 
adieu to one of our esteemed agents, Frank Bilder. With a career spanning over several
decades in the insurance and financial services industry, Frank’s retirement marks
the end of an era filled with dedication, expertise, and unparalleled service. He’s
an incredible colleague, and a wonderful friend. We’ve enjoyed dressing up for fun
holidays in the office, seeing your passion for the Chicago Cubs, and your love 
for your family.

Frank’s journey in the insurance world began in the 90s when he first embarked on
his career with Bakers Life. Over the years, he honed his skills and expanded his
knowledge, transitioning to roles at AAA and eventually opening his own agency with
Allstate in 1996. Frank found his home at The Sterling Insurance Group in 2005, 
where he truly made his mark.

Throughout his tenure with us, Frank has been more than just an agent – he’s been
a trusted advisor, a compassionate listener, pillar of support for his clients, 
and a friend to all. His personalized approach to serving each individual’s needs,
coupled with his unwavering commitment to excellence, has earned him the admiration
and trust of countless individuals.
