**Personal Lines Team Lead | Licensed Agent**

Danielle Jones is a key leader at The Sterling Insurance Group, where she serves
as Personal Lines Team Lead and Licensed Agent. Known for her reliability, warmth,
and attention to detail, Danielle plays an essential role in making sure clients
feel supported and confident throughout every stage of their insurance experience.

With a strong background in personal insurance, Danielle manages new business, renewals,
and ongoing customer service with a steady and thoughtful approach. She began her
insurance career with an Allstate agency in Austin and has spent the past 10 years
working in the independent insurance space. She specializes in auto, home, motorcycle,
and boat insurance, and has a natural ability to translate complex coverage details
into clear, practical guidance.

Inside the agency, Danielle is both a problem solver and a culture builder. She
helps create consistency in workflows, mentors teammates, and keeps communication
flowing so nothing falls through the cracks. Her calm presence and organized mindset
bring structure to a fast-moving environment while still allowing for high-touch
service.

Outside of work, Danielle is a devoted wife and the proud mother of four—roles that
shape her deep understanding of family priorities and real-life insurance needs.
Originally from California, she now calls Texas home, and the team is grateful she
brought her talents and heart to The Sterling Insurance Group.

Clients consistently appreciate Danielle’s responsiveness and genuine care. She
believes insurance is not just a transaction, but a relationship built on trust,
transparency, and follow-through. Her commitment reflects the agency’s core values
of integrity, accountability, and a people-first mindset.
