Kaleigh joined The Sterling Insurance Group in 2022 and earned her CLCS (Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist) designation in 2023, strengthening her technical expertise and commitment to professional growth. Her role includes managing commercial renewals, guiding new business placements, and assisting clients through complex or non-standard coverage situations.

She is known for staying calm in complicated scenarios and communicating clearly, making even technical insurance conversations feel manageable. Kaleigh believes strong protection starts with strong relationships and takes pride in being a consistent, reliable resource for the businesses she serves.

Kaleigh studied anthropology at Metro College in Denver, an experience that shaped her curiosity about people, cultures, and organizational systems. That perspective carries into her work today, helping her ask thoughtful questions and better understand each client’s unique needs.

Within the agency, Kaleigh plays a central leadership role by shaping internal processes, collaborating across departments, and supporting workflow organization. Outside of work, she enjoys rock climbing, skiing, and camping—activities that reflect her appreciation for challenge, balance, and growth.
